Mil-Spec Packaging Service

Mil-Spec is a document that describes the essential technical requirements for military-unique material or substantially modified commercial items. We provide AN, NAS, MS, NASM machine screws.

Venting Service

A series of collapsible washers on stainless steel fasteners are designed to minimize injury and destruction of property from explosions caused by agricultural or industrial operations. It is ideal to vent shock waves through sidewalls of a structure. Venting through metal roofs can be problematic due to expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. Built-up roofs also present problems, as the use of rigid insulation, felts, and ballast tends to delay venting.Collapsible washers for venting

Thread-Locking Service

Thread-locking fluid or threadlocker is a thin, single-component adhesive, applied to the threads of fasteners such as screws and bolts to prevent loosening, leakage, and corrosion.

Head Shank Drilling Service

The shank is the end of a drill bit grasped by the chuck of a drill. The cutting edges of the drill bit contact the workpiece and are connected via the shaft with the shank, which fits into the chuck. In many cases, a general-purpose arrangement is used, such as a bit with cylindrical shaft and shank in a three-jaw chuck which grips a cylindrical shank tightly. Different shank and chuck combination can deliver improved performance, such as allowing higher torque, greater centering accuracy, or moving the bit, but not the chuck, with a hammer action.

Plating Service

Fasteners often come into contact with different metals which is a recipe for corrosion. To prevent corrosions it is recommended that fasteners be plated and or coated. Coating is a more cost-effective solution rather than replacing the parts entirely.Fastener plating and coating
